About The Role

As a Venture Builder, you’ll work directly with athletes and founders to transform ideas into sustainable businesses. From validating concepts to launching products, you’ll help shape ventures that create long-term value beyond sport.

This is a highly collaborative role where strategy, execution, and experimentation come together. You’ll work across branding, product, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives to accelerate venture growth.

Position Overview

What You’ll Do

• Validate new business and product ideas.

• Develop venture roadmaps and growth strategies.

• Coordinate branding, product, and launch activities.

• Work with founders, athletes, and external partners.

• Identify commercial opportunities and market gaps.

• Support fundraising and investor materials.

• 5+ years in startups, venture building, product strategy, or consulting.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills.

• Experience bringing ideas from concept to launch.

• Commercial and analytical thinking.
